Our client is an Innovative Medical Center focusing on practical application of science in longevity, vitality and wellbeing. It has started its international expansion, which results in a challenging and dynamic schedule of the CEO. With regards to internal promotion they are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Control of the calendar and the email flow
- Coordinate communication between offices and international experts
- External suppliers research and management
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, arrange travel and provide other general assistance as required
- Perform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and PowerPoint including, typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- 5+ years of professional experience (as Personal Assistant)
- English language proficiency
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience in supporting a high level executive in a fast paced, start-up environment
- Ability to participate in developing project scope, managing project schedules, and initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work
