Controlling Project Manager
(remote and hybrid work in Poznań)
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of the period closing process in subsidiary companies (mainly in Europe),
- Financial consolidation in subsidiary companies,
- Advising on and implementing central solutions related to forecasting and financial planning,
- Supervising, implementing, and analyzing financial processes,
- Supporting the settlement of sales contracts in individual countries,
- Supporting and monitoring the implementation of IT solutions,
- Leading and supporting active communication regarding consolidation and reporting between companies within the group.
Expectations:
- Higher education, preferably in finance,
- International experience, knowledge of quarterly and monthly reporting in accordance with the financial markets calendar,
- Knowledge of IFRS standards,
- Knowledge of advanced Excel functions, ability to work with SQL, create dashboards, and automation is welcome,
- Experience working with ERP systems, such as Navison or SAP,
- Ability to prepare financial statements, including consolidation reports,
- Independence and initiative in project management and analytical orientation,
- Ability to operate in unstructured environments and flexibility in action,
- English language proficiency at a fluent communication level,
- Ability to work overtime, especially during the holiday season, due to reporting by the 5th of each month
