Sales Team Leader
Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring upsell, cross-sell, and entry into new markets.
- Take over an existing portfolio of strategic clients and co-create development strategies.
- Lead and scale the sales team (initially 1–2 people, with further growth planned).
- Drive end-to-end sales processes – from mapping opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, to final delivery.
- Partner with new business manager and leadership on client acquisition and international expansion.
- Contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives, such as CRM implementation, sales process optimization, and international growth projects.
Expectations:
- 3-5+ years of B2B experience in sales, account management, business development, or client service, ideally within agency, consulting, tech/SaaS or HR/EB.
- Leadership skills, proven through managing and mentoring individuals or small teams.
- Strong track record in consultative sales with corporate clients, including end-to-end responsibility for sales processes.
- Ability to design and implement account growth strategies.
- Business acumen and analytical mindset, with skills in profitability analysis, budgeting, and planning.
- High proficiency in Office 365, MS Excel; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT).
- Fluency in English (B2-C1) and Polish, with confidence in working with global clients.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to operate in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and teamwork orientation.
